Refund Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This page explains Plainly's refund terms.

No refunds

All subscription charges are final and non-refundable, including your first payment and every monthly renewal. Please try Plainly with your 3 free credits before subscribing to make sure it fits your needs.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from the Manage subscription screen inside your account.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for and you keep the credits for that period.
  • You will not be charged again after that. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund the current period.

Failed decodes

  • Failed decodes. If a paid decode fails for a reason on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws of your country (for example EU/UK consumer rights). Where local law grants stronger rights, those apply.
